Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with catsco.org.uk, the client is assumed to have agreed to trade within the following terms and conditions:

  1. Acceptance & price variations
    Quotations are valid for a maximum period of 30 days. Prices may be subject to change without notice after this.
  2. Delivery
    Schedules of delivery are estimates only. We will use our best efforts to deliver at times stated but shall not be liable for any delays due to causes beyond our control. Goods shall be deemed to be delivered when handed to carriers. Returns at customers cost only.
  3. Payment
    Payment in full is due within fourteen days after date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts daily pro-rata at 8% over National Westminster Bank base lending rate. A £10.00 fee will be added to all late accounts. We further reserve the right to use The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 on all late payments.
  4. Discounts
    Any discounts offered will be forfeit on late payment on invoices.
  5. Title to Goods
    Risk in the goods passes to the client on delivery but legal title remains with us so long as any sum due to us on any account or grounds is unpaid. The client agrees that, in seeking to exercise our rights under this clause, we may at any reasonable time enter the client's premises and recover and remove our goods.
  6. Copyright
    Copyright and all other intellectual property rights deriving from our work remains with us unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
  7. Cancellation
    We shall be entitled to suspend or cancel deliveries and/or work under any contract between the client and us if any payment due from the client is not made by its due date. Orders once placed by the client cannot be cancelled nor may products be returned for credit unless previously agreed in writing.
  8. Force majeure
    We will be released from any liability to the client if performance of the contract is delayed or prevented by any cause whatsoever beyond our control.
  9. Overseas orders
    All overseas orders shall be paid for in full in advance of despatch.
  10. Disputes
    English law shall determine any dispute arising under these terms and conditions.
